Noi Hanoi is an adventurous monthly spoken word series for writers of all kinds to share their work. Poets, writers, storytellers and assorted wordsmiths will all speak their minds. Each night has a theme, and this month’s is APPETITES. So join us as we explore the implications of hunger, desire, and appetites of all forms!
The motivation behind the event is to bring together Hanoi’s diverse community of poets, short fiction writers, bloggers, essayists, and creative text message crafters. With the goal of exchange across culture, Noi Hanoi is open to writers of any language, aspiring or professional. Each spoken word event will include an audience participation event and a brief open mic session.
Join us for the next chapter of Noi Hanoi at 8 p.m., Sunday, February 26 at CAMA ATK Bar at 73-A Mai Hac De Street.
Every other month Noi Hanoi will offer a lecture-style series–each night will offer three 15-minute talks on all manner of topics, from hip-hop to architecture to poetry…the next offering will happen in March…stay tuned here for more details!
